High level programmatic scope

  • Contributing to the national target of reducing new HIV infection by 50% through provision of range of standard combination prevention services to MARPs and highly vulnerable priority population surrounding hotspot areas service through Behavioral change communication (BCC), biomedical and economic strengthening. The BCC integrates demand creation about HIV/AIDS and associated factors through session, IEC & BCC materials and community wide events. while the biomedical services  mainly delivers integrated clinical services such as TC services through outreach, dropping centers and networked PPN,ART service delivery in our DIC and through referral, STI screening & treatment, FP counseling & provision and TB screen, referral linkage service for different services, community level structure support, mainstreaming disability finally the economic strengthening  included strengthening their economy by forming groups and supplies a matching fund or linked to micro finance.

Program targets

Female sex workers, Paying Clients and non-Paying Clients, other Vulnerable populations like widows, waitress, gatekeepers, People living with HIV/AIDS and General Population etc…)

 

Direct Beneficiaries: 23,620 MARPs (16,368 Female and 8,252 Male)

 

Indirect Beneficiaries:  42,350
