High level programmatic scope

To contribute for the improvement of knowledge of the communities on Malaria, Tuberculosis,

Nutrition, WASH, PMTCT, and RMNCH/FP to enhance good health practice among the community through strengthen the coordination of Social and Behavior Change Communication on the selected zones of Oromia Region within two consecutive years.

Program targets

The target beneficiaries of this projects are newly married couples, Pregnant women/ mothers, husbands/ mother who have children 5 and more, grand mothers

Direct Beneficiaries: 624,194 (Male: 305,855 Female: 318,339)

Young Married Women , Pregnant Women , husbands of pregnant women, All households ,Youth {unmarried, aged15-24), Young Married Women, Pregnant Women, Adult males {25 – 40)

Indirect Beneficiaries: 686,615 (Male:336,441 Female: 350,174)

Frontline health workers including HEWs, UHEWs, HDAs, and staff from PHCUs, Religious and community leaders, Mothers-in-law, Husbands.
