Our project Objectives included: building government structures’ capacity to facilitate high-quality services, build the Parents and caregivers’ capacity to access services, ensure availability of high quality developmentally appropriate services to orphans and vulnerable children, and ensure availability of high quality services to “hard-to-reach” OVC.
